The taste is not bad only the texture when taking is a little uncomfortable because some things do not dissolve from everything in the water.
The taste is horrible, tastes like rotten mango and leaves an unpleasant smell on the shaker.
Its grainy , ive tried a few different ways to mix it and its always grainy .

This pre-workout has a nice kick to it. The taste is good but the only drawback is the grittiness that doesn't seem to go away no matter how much you shake or mix it. If it were better dissolved the taste would go from good to great. The price point however is great considering the quality ingredients. I will buy again.

Product delivers. Really have enjoyed my first couple of workouts using 12 Strong. Doesn't make you feel all tingly before the workout, but wow does it kick in during. Really enjoyed so far.
